Waldorf University provides students with robust opportunities for students who have previous college experience or a robust professional history where occupational skills can be counted as college credit. Waldorf's Online Registrar can evaluate transfer credits before you begin your journey, as well as during, should you earn transferrable credit while also attending Waldorf. 

ACCEL at Waldorf

The ACCEL program at Waldorf University was developed to allow our students with significant work experience, who have fulfilled course learning objectives through their professional endeavors, the opportunity to apply that towards their degree plan and replace a course.

The registrar plays a crucial role in making sure online students have the support they need to navigate the administrative side of their education effectively by managing course registrations for each term, developing and maintaining term schedules and course offerings, maintaining academic records and processing transcript requests, providing evaluations, facilitating graduation, offering guidance for university policies, aiding students with withdrawals, academic probation, and FERPA, and assisting with requests for special accommodations. 

• We truly take the time to help students/prospects with their questions and concerns.  It is not as difficult for students to reach staff at Waldorf as it can be at other colleges, such as the ones I attended.

Meet your Online Registrar

Karen Hehman is a dedicated and detail-oriented registrar with extensive experience in academic administration and institutional operations. With a strong background in data management, compliance, and student facilitation, including from the perspective of Admissions, Karen plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic processes and supporting institutional goals.

In their role, Karen oversees records management, course scheduling, and graduation certification, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of academic records. Known for their organizational skills and ability to implement efficient systems, they excel in balancing complex administrative tasks while fostering positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
