Residential Students

If you are taking classes on campus and need help with your laptop or the campus network, contact the IT Department Help Desk:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

  • After Hours Support: Email WAL-IT-SUPPORT@waldorf.edu to submit a ticket. We’ll respond as soon as possible.

Online Students (Blackboard Support)

If you are taking online courses and need help with Blackboard:

  • Look for the yellow Chat icon inside any Blackboard course to connect directly with support.
  • Use this option for issues like:
    • Trouble opening course links
    • Accessing the CD or companion websites from textbooks
    • Submitting assignments
