All faculty, staff, and residential students are issued a Waldorf University email account. Email is the official communication tool for campus updates.

Residential students are required to use their Waldorf email for all communication with:

  • Faculty
  • Administrative offices
  • Other students

Important announcements—such as class cancellations, financial aid updates, registration information, and business office deadlines—will always be sent to your Waldorf email. Be sure to check your inbox regularly.

Email Directory

  • All Waldorf faculty, staff, and residential student email addresses can be found in the Global Address List in Outlook.
  • You can also create a Personal Address Book for family, friends, and other contacts.

Email Account Duration

Your Waldorf email account does not remain active indefinitely:

  • Graduates: Accounts remain active for 6 months after graduation.
  • Transfers: Accounts remain active for 1 month after transfer.
  • Dismissals: Accounts activity depends on reason for dismissal and could be deleted immediately or up to one month after dismissal.

Accessing Email Off Campus

You can log in to your Waldorf email anytime through Outlook Web Access.

When prompted:

MyWaldorf Portal

The MyWaldorf portal gives students and faculty online access to:

  • Class schedules
  • Grades
  • Registration
  • Class rosters

You’ll receive your user ID and password at the start of the semester.

Access MyWaldorf anytime via the Waldorf University website under “Student Portal.”
