To provide better care, ALL full-time, residential students are required to submit and renew their health and insurance information each year, through the Healthy Roster website or app.

To sign up and join Healthy Roster, your school administrator will first need to invite you to the platform. Once they've done this, you'll receive an email with a link, code, and instructions on how to join.

When entering your account, you will mainly use the patient details section and documents. This section will tell you what form sections in your profile need to be completed, what forms you may need to upload and what forms need to be e-signed. Make sure to always save the information you have entered.
