The Master of Education Self-Designed Concentration provides educational professionals the platform to increase educational effectiveness in various domains within education, all from the convenience of the online environment. A self-designed graduate-level education degree will help educators improve their command of opportunities within educational environments, increase credibility within the profession, and prepare them for career advancement. This degree is perfect for current educators interested in pursuing careers either in schools or educational support markets who want the benefits of a strong education foundation but a diverse and customizable path to completion. The self-designed concentration can include other graduate-level EDU courses from Waldorf and/or transfer credits from another institution.

Curriculum Description
This Master of Education degree builds the foundation for both classroom management and career advancement. Students will complete 7 major required courses (21 credit hours), 4 self-designated courses (12 credit hours), then one capstone course (3 credit hours).
