FOREST CITY, Iowa – The Waldorf University cross country programs are getting ready for another season as Head Coach Janna Langrell enters her fourth year with the teams.  

The Warriors kick off their season at the Trent Smith Invitational at NIACC on Saturday, September 13. On the following Saturday, September 20, they head to the Grand View Viking Invitational. In October, they compete at the Seminole Valley Stampede on Saturday the 4^th and the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic on Saturday the 25^th. The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) cross country championships take place on Saturday, November 8, and the NAIA cross country national championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 22.

"I'm very excited to get cross country season going," said Coach Langrell. "There's so much to love about the sport, and I'm excited to see how we compete this year."
