FOREST CITY, Iowa – The Waldorf University Football program announces their 2025 ten-game schedule with Great Plains Athletic Conference opponents. Head Coach Tyler Chapa enters his third season as head coach and seventh season with the Warriors. He and his staff are preparing for their second season in the GPAC.

Waldorf will kick off the season at Northwestern College on Saturday, August 30. The team invites the Waldorf University and Forest City communities to their home opener on Saturday, September 6 versus Mounty Marty University for Community Night. Their remaining GPAC games are as follows:

  • September 13 at Midland University
  • September 20 at Hastings College
  • September 27 vs Concordia University (NE) – Staff Appreciation Day
  • October 4 at Morningside University
  • October 11 vs Dordt University - Homecoming
  • October 25 at Dakota Wesleyan University
  • November 8 vs Briar Cliff University – Military and First Responder Appreciation Day
  • November 15 vs Doane University – Senior Day

"We are excited for our second season in the GPAC. Last year was a huge learning curve for us, and I am glad that we were able to overcome all of the adversity that we faced and continue to put in the work each and every day," said Coach Chapa. "We know that we've got our work cut out for us, but I am proud of our coaches and players for trusting our process and building the culture of this program. We've got a ton of respect for these teams in this league and look forward to competing in the best football conference in the NAIA."
